We know that starting something new can feel daunting, which is why we’ve built a training and support system that truly sets you up for success: Two-week shadowing induction – learn alongside experienced carers at your pace Buddy system – ongoing support from a dedicated colleague who’s always on hand 7-day management support – friendly, approachable leadership whenever you need it Structured training and career development – including NVQ qualifications Permanent contract, with full-time and part-time hours available £12.21 per hour with paid breaks Free DBS, uniform, and onsite parking 5.6 weeks holiday (based on full-time) and a company pension What You'll Do: As a Trainee Care Assistant, you'll quickly become a vital part of our team – helping residents with day-to-day activities like meals, personal care, and companionship.
