The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for delivering pre and post contract activities to support the installation of a Liquid Air Energy Storage facility for an EPC organisation from supply chain engagement through to post contract administration and final account. This role ensures procurement and contract administration activities are cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with project schedules and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Procurement Planning Manage assigned procurement activities in line with the project schedule and in line with project objectives, budgets, and timelines. Co-ordinate with package leads, and other functional leads to deliver required outputs. Assurance Support the identification, prequalification, and evaluation of potential suppliers/contractors. Be the subject matter expert in relation to Procurement processes procedures and governance providing advice and guidance to other team members. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation. Tendering Prepare tender documents including invitations to tender and tender submission forms, tender evaluation models. Perform commercial reviews of scope documents. Develop pricing documents in line with the contract terms and conditions and the works.
