Overview
UX Researcher, Global Last Mile Standards at Amazon. You will deliver high quality standard work audits and risk assessment activities within the Global Last Mile Supply Chain, supporting standard work compliance across North America (NA), Europe (EU), Japan (JP) and Rest of World (ROW) as well as other operational nodes. This role is part of the Global Standards and Customer Excellence (GSCE) Audit Team, a global, fast paced, dynamic group partnering with business teams to deliver an effective audit platform.
Responsibilities
* Lead UX research projects related to audit user behavior and audit platform design; apply a range of methodologies; define research objectives, target users, protocols, data collection, analysis, and synthesis; translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Provide insights into customer needs and market opportunities; articulate customer pain points and make recommendations to resolve them; champion customer insights that impact products.
* Create and deliver research reports, user quotes, and videos with consistent high quality; contribute to end-to-end research efforts that influence product decisions.
Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact
* Bachelor\'s degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
* A strong research portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
* Experience conducting both strategic and tactical research studies
* Proven track record of influencing product decisions through research insights
Preferred Qualifications
* MS in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive Psychology
* Experience with AI/ML and LLM-based technologies research
* Strong quantitative data analysis and statistical skills
* Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across audiences and organizational levels
* Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
* Experience conducting global research studies
