About the Role
As Cleaning Duty Manager you will champion OCS and our clients, implement and deliver cleaning specifications, manage financial and stock controls, lead staff training and development, and ensure service expectations are met across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* The implementation and delivery of the client’s cleaning specifications and services in your location.
* Take ownership for financial overtime and stock control, ensuring robust practices for management and reporting of these processes.
* Ensure all training requirements are met; staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and you are a mentor for their development.
* Lead in the supervision of the client’s contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of interface with clients, service providers and stakeholders.
* Be proactive in your management approach and keep a pulse on all aspects of the business within your region.
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK
* Experience within a Cleaning Supervisor or Management role is essential
* Knowledge and experience working with health and safety regulations
* Great customer service skills
* Strong leader and staff manager
* Confident, resilient and hard working
* Ability to be flexible to meet the business requirements
