Within this position,you willassistin the management andtimelyprogression of mixed-tenure residential projects. The role will focus on guiding schemes through the pre-development stage to the successful securing of planning permission, before handing over to the technical team to progress the detailed design.
Youllplay a key role in coordinating liaison with local authorities and other statutory bodies,assistingwith the identification and management of risk through the production of risk registers, and overseeing utility services searches, including obtaining budget quotations for new connections and diversions.
