Your Role
As the Entertainments & Leisure Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Entertainment & Leisure Senior Manager. Your mission? To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our entertainment offerings across the resort. You’ll be the backbone of communication, logistics, and data management, all aimed at delivering a seamless entertainment experience for our guests and visiting artists.
Key Responsibilities
* Communication Hub: Act as the primary administrative liaison for all resort communications related to entertainment, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information, including guides, schedules, posters, and digital communications.
* Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling entertainment and leisure activities across multiple venues, considering touring restrictions, resort operations, team capacity, and optimal timing for shows.
* Collateral Management: Produce all entertainment collateral, including signage and digital content, in collaboration with the resort communications team to maintain consistent branding.
* Data Management: Input, maintain, and update booking and activity management systems with precision to ensure all information is live and accessible to guests.
* Feedback Coordination: Collect and consolidate feedback from entertainment leaders to help refine schedules and resolve operational challenges.
* Artist Liaison: Oversee communication with visiting artists, ensuring all logistical needs are met ahead of their performance dates.
* Collaboration: Work closely with technical support teams and the Entertainment Experience Manager to coordinate artist requirements and hospitality arrangements.
* Accommodation Management: Manage accommodation bookings for visiting artists and entertainment suppliers, ensuring all hospitality and operational standards are met.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Adhere to company procedures and best practices while supporting resort and branding guidelines.
* Follow relevant legislation, including health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations.
* Ensure the safety of customers and team members, as well as the security of acts, merchandise, and equipment.
* Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Engage actively with family and live music weekends, and communicate effectively with conference and events.
* Provide general support for the Entertainments & Leisure Department and other operational departments as needed.
* Be prepared to assist with duties outside your job description when necessary, contributing to the team’s success.
