Glamdoll Fashion our customers are at the center of everything we do. To ensure our customers remain satisfied, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced customer service executive. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities.
Your role will see you communicating with our customers every day via email and chat on all of our social media platforms. You will be the go to person helping all our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* You'll investigate customer complaints and provide solutions whist keeping them informed and up to date along the way
* You'll liaise with internal departments and external companies to investigate customer queries
* Manage and respond to emails and chats within social media platforms
* You'll be the first voice our customers hear, so you'll need to make a great first impression
* You'll have email and chat targets to achieve, so being focused on them will be key to your ongoing success.
* You'll be focused on customer satisfaction, dealing with our clients with empathy, direction, and action.
* You'll deliver on promises, understand customer frustrations and have an investigative approach to all interactions.
* Ensuring refunds are processed correctly within set time frames
* Create and update product listings.

How you'll demonstrate it
* You'll have a wealth of experience working within customer services. This will ideally be email based.
* You'll ideally have experience in the fashion industry, but this is not essential We will teach you everything there is to know.
