This is a strategic appointment for the firm and you can expect to enjoy the full backing of the partnership. You will join an already successful team as a key partner who can work with the team and the firm to cement the department's growth plans over the next few years.

\nYou should be a real estate lawyer operating at partner level with strong connections and a track record of winning and developing work. You will be able to operate at all levels within the business and will have an appetite to develop a team around you.
