This is a well-established contracts management and services business based in Greenwich (SE10). They design, build, and maintain the interior and technical systems of buildings with a focus on commercial properties, managing the end-to-end life cycle of projects.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a talented Payroll Manager to join their finance team. This position will be based full-time on site in their Greenwich office.
Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, the Payroll Manager will take sole ownership of the end-to-end payroll function within the business dealing with weekly & monthly payroll processing. They will be responsible for several key duties including:
1. Taking sole ownership of the weekly and monthly payroll, expenses and timesheets.
2. Reconciling timesheets with People HR records and chasing missing or incorrect information.
3. Managing monthly payroll submissions, including pensions, PAYE, CIS and EPS.
4. Preparing annual payroll documentation such as P11Ds, P45s, P60s and vehicle reporting.
5. Processing employee expenses, home allowances and company credit card transactions.
6. Supporting new starter on boarding across payroll, finance systems and employee benefits.
7. Maintaining accurate data within NetSuite, including invoice entry and payment matching.
