Conduct daily inspections and audits of guest areas, restrooms, lounges, and event spaces, addressing any deficiencies immediately. Support training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand club standards, procedures, and safety expectations. Create and adjust daily work schedules and task lists based on occupancy, events, and business levels. Liaise with front of house, events, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and prompt response to member needs. Monitor housekeeping stock levels (e.g. cleaning supplies, linen, amenities) and assist with inventory control. Enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with COSHH and manual handling practices. Address member or guest feedback regarding cleanliness or housekeeping promptly and professionally. Lead by example, promoting a positive team environment and strong work ethic. What we are looking for A successful Housekeeping Supervisor for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. 2–3 years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior attendant role, ideally within luxury hospitality or private clubs Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, guest service, and back-of-house procedures Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving Working knowledge of housekeeping systems or software is a plus
