Business Analyst with HR Systems – Milton Keynes
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of proven project experience, including a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent business analysis skills, techniques, and ideally some methodology expertise.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information System), preferably Cornerstone HRIS, though others will be considered.
The role requires confidence in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to guide and lead them towards successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business structures, including integration between Marketing, Finance, and Education departments.
* Identify how the business utilizes technology and aligns it with organizational goals based on requirements.
* Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
* Identify business problems using data modeling techniques and process flows.
* Streamline business processes for efficiency.
* Maintain strong documentation management skills.
* Communicate effectively with senior organizational stakeholders.
* Align internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of new technology, strategies, requirements, and processes.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding and buy-in from all participants.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience with finance systems and integration, especially in the education sector.
* Background in marketing and admissions processes.
* Management of enrolled children and existing pupils on a YoY basis.
* Knowledge of education technology and Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs).
* Change management expertise.
This position is based in Milton Keynes, with occasional travel required.
The salary range is approximately £40,000 to £55,000, depending on experience and skills.
