About the Role
As an AV Executive you will sit within the AV team (PHD’s Audio Visual team) and support the delivery of AV activity for key clients such as Ladbrokes, Coral, New York Bakery and Schuh. You will perform administrative tasks in day‑to‑day buying of TV, video, audio and cinema campaigns, booking and setting up campaigns, ensuring campaigns go live, monitoring delivery and reporting. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility and accuracy as campaign changes are frequent. You will report directly to the AV senior executives and managers and collaborate closely with client teams and specialist divisions within the group.
Start Date: Monday 15th June to complete the OMG Anchor Programme for onboarding.
The Ideal Candidate
The person we’re looking for will possess excellent communication skills, be keen to develop relationships with suppliers, media owners and the communications planning department within the agency. You should be confident with Excel, have excellent numeracy skills and bring a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
Knowledge and Experience Required
* Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel (also Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
* A passion for working with data and strong numeracy skills
* Confidence in creating and managing Excel spreadsheets
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
