You’ll be part of a caring team who focus on progress, confidence and consistency. Your calm, patient approach will help pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils with ASC and SEND needs
* Encouraging engagement and positive routines
* Providing reassurance and emotional support
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
What we’re looking for:
* Experience with SEND (school, care or personal experience welcome)
* A calm, empathetic approach
* Reliability and a genuine passion for helping others
