We have a very exciting opportunity within our Chelsea office for a Sales Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a growing business in a fast paced and lucrative market.
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, able to deliver under pressure, and determined to succeed in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities
* Qualifying new buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
* Arranging and conducting viewings
* Negotiating with all relevant parties to ensure the best outcome for all
* Progressing sales from offer to completion
* Proactively managing client expectations
* Building relationships to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Qualifications
* Track record in a sales or client service environment
* Knowledge and awareness of the property market
* Previous experience in selling properties in the London market (desirable)
* Strong work ethic
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually
