Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling of patients for Pre‑Operative Assessments and Elective Surgery, including daily telephone contact with patients.
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies to support the management team and care groups.
- Provide an information and communication link between patients and the Clinical Business Units to ensure performance standards are met.
- Support the management team and care groups in delivering an effective, organised, comprehensive, efficient and high‑quality patient‑centred service.
