We are actively seeking a skilled and outcome-driven Digital Campaign Manager with proven expertise in Facebook and Google Ads, complemented by strong graphic design capabilities. If you have a passion for building impactful campaigns that generate measurable results, we want you on our team.
Position Overview
As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and creative flair. You will manage advertising spend, create compelling visuals, and implement campaign strategies that drive high-quality leads and conversions, all while ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising
* Plan, develop, and implement full-funnel digital campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
* Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis to maximise reach and relevance.
* Manage daily ad spend, bid adjustments, and campaign budgets to achieve the best ROI.
* Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
Graphic Design
* Design visually compelling ad creatives, banners, and campaign visuals that drive engagement.
* Produce assets for social media campaigns, landing pages, and remarketing content.
* Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
* Stay updated with creative trends to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.
Campaign Optimisation
* Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, conversion rate).
* Implement optimisation strategies to continuously improve lead quality and lower acquisition costs.
* Set up pixel tracking, remarketing, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate measurement.
* Ensure campaigns meet Meta and Google advertising compliance standards.
Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams (lead generation, content, operations, CRM managers) to align campaigns with company goals.
* Coordinate with developers to ensure tracking, landing pages, and integrations are functioning smoothly.
* Provide clear campaign performance insights and actionable recommendations to management.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads management.
* Strong understanding of digital campaign optimisation, targeting, and reporting.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Familiarity with Zoho CRM and marketing automation workflows.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage budgets effectively and work to performance KPIs.
Preferred Skills/Experience
* Experience in energy efficiency, home improvements, or grant-funded schemes (ECO4, GBIS).
* Knowledge of GDPR compliance and data privacy in digital marketing.
* Experience with other ad platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok) is a bonus.
