Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Security team based in Reading. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Security Supervisor with a strong background in the field.
Hours: 18:00hrs – 06:00hrs
Shifts: 4 on 4 off nights
Rate of pay: £13.30 Per hour

Requirements for the role:
* Valid UK driving licence.
* A full 5 year working history to meet the BS 7858:2019 Screening of individuals.
* To be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
* Excellent time management.
* Providing strong customer service.
* To be able to work on your own and as a part of a team.
* Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with production, studio and Security Manager.
* Be able to manage your workload effectively.
* Oversee and support colleagues.
* Managing access control and gate duties.
* Staff and vehicle searches when required.
* Traffic management and car park duties.
* External perimeter patrols on foot and in company vehicle.
* Providing an effective Security presence and proactive response service.
