The ideal individual will have trained with an established regional, city or national firm and have gained a solid overview across a broad range of real estate transactions including: Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Portfolio Management, and Investment. This opportunity is ideally suited to a highly motivated Real Estate Associate (NQ) who has experience of complex projects and high-value corporate occupier work, enjoys, and is good at, business development. You will be involved in all aspects of commercial property from advising clients on acquiring, managing, and disposing of real estate to helping them plan for the future and providing innovative solutions. The team work swiftly and collaboratively with our planning, construction, and property disputes teams, and we deploy innovative technology solutions in partnership with our Client Innovation team. You can expect to advise an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. Further Details – Experience & Skills NQ - minimum 6 month seat in real estate / commercial property Experience of complex landlord and tenant matters Confident with, and interested in, business development and growing a network of clients. Ambition, drive, and commitment to support the growth and development of Real Estate professional services. Must be able to work closely with Head of Department, and other team members.
