What’s on Offer for the Vehicle Technician:
1. Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (based on experience and skill level)
2. Bonus Scheme: Performance-based bonus to reward your hard work
3. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
4. Occasional Saturday Morning on Rota. (1 in 2 or 3)

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician With our client:
7. Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid checks, all in line with manufacturer guidelines.
8. Vehicle Diagnosis (if applicable): Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
9. Customer Communication: Interact with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide clear explanations of recommended repairs and services.
10. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all work follows dealership and manufacturer protocols to maintain the highest quality standards.
