Pay: £12.50 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team of flexible childcare professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of outstanding nurseries, providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5.
You will be working with reputable nurseries through Pin-Point Recruitment, supporting them in delivering a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Whether you’re seeking flexible, part-time, or full-time hours, we can offer a variety of placements to suit your schedule.
Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent.
* Enhanced DBS on Update Service (we can apply for one for you).
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection policies.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work across different nursery settings and adapt quickly to new environments.
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
