About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more product areas. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build products customers love, shipped on time, backed by data, and aligned to business goals.
What you'll do
* Define product vision, goals, and success metrics (OKRs/KPIs)
* Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market research
* Translate needs into clear requirements: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria
* Prioritize the roadmap using impact/effort and business value
* Partner with Design and Engineering through discovery, delivery, and iteration
* Run product rituals (planning, standups, reviews, retros) where needed
* Launch features: coordinate go-to-market with Marketing/Sales/Support
* Track performance post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback
* Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
What we're looking for
* 3+ years of Product Management experience
* Strong problem framing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to ship software products
* Comfortable with analytics (funnels, cohorts, A/B tests, dashboards)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* A practical, customer-first mindset with strong execution
Nice to have
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
* Technical fluency (able to collaborate deeply with engineers)
* Experience with tools like Jira/Linear, Figma, Amplitude/Mixpanel, GA, SQL
