Overview
* Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm.
* Provide product knowledge and styling advice.
* Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
* Promote current campaigns, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
* Upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
Store Operations
* Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
* Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
* Operate POS systems for transactions and returns.
* Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.
* Support a positive and inclusive team environment.
* Participate in training and development opportunities.
Brand Representation
* Uphold GUESS brand standards in appearance and behavior.
* Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
Qualifications & Skills
* Passion for fashion and customer service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Previous retail experience is a plus but not always required.
