Preferred skills:
Experience in PE (Private Equity) - backed or high-growth software environments with multi-product portfolios.
Background in product management, corporate strategy, or FP&A (FinancialPlanningandAnalysis) within B2B SaaS organisations.
Track record of leading or supporting M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) integration from a product perspective.
Demonstrated success in establishing portfolio governance and planning frameworks.
Experience working across multiple product lines with competing priorities.
Proven ability to integrate commercial insight into product strategy.
Qualifications:
Strong evidence of financial modelling and business case development.
Experience partnering with Corporate Development or M&A (Mergers and acquisitions)functions.
Demonstrated executive stakeholder management and strategic communication.
