Responsibilities
will include but are not limited to;
1. Managing, maintaining and improving the QMS system, ensuring all programs, policies and procedures are up to date and in line with business best practice, compliant and regulatory requirements
2. Ensuring the system and documentation conforms to ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015
3. Review, formatting and updating documents to ensure they meet company standards
4. Responsibility for planning and managing the internal audit schedule
5. Schedule, manage and chair review meetings for quality, environmental
6. Support cross functional departments with their compliance and performance measures for quality and environmental
7. Drive a culture of continuous improvement
8. Maintain the database with accurate information
Seeking candidates with;
9. Experience working in similar role within the rail / construction sector
10. Quality Assurance experience
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Excellent organisation skills and a good attention to detail
13. An understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
14. Knowledge of document management systems is desirable
15. Prior experience in auditing quality management systems (desirable)
