Supreme Academy provides football training programmes for young people who have been signed by professional clubs, those who are still aspiring or anyone who simply wants to play/train for fun
We are currently recruiting football coaches to lead sessions at our brand new locations in Edgware.
We need qualified coaches who can provide fun and engaging coaching sessions to children aged 18 months-11 years. The successful applicant must be available to take sessions on the days required.
It is important that our coaches have a fun, energetic and nurturing style while coaching, ensuring children are engaged throughout the session they are leading or assisting in.
**You must have a valid enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo a check**
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
* 1-2 years' experience coaching football to young children
Desirable:
* Taken PE lessons in schools
* Led/assisted a football after-school club
* First-aid certificate/training
* Introduction to Coaching Football Certificate (formerly FA Level 1)
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver sports coaching sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
* Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their personal best while ensuring a safe environment
* Organise training drills, games, and competitions that promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
* Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support development
* Maintain equipment and ensure the sports facilities are safe, clean, and well-organised
* Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes inclusivity, respect, and enjoyment of sport
* Collaborate with other staff members to develop

Pay: £15.00-£30.00 per hour
