What You'll Do Be the go-to expert for IT support, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and professionally. Manage hardware setups, asset tracking, and inventory control. Keep systems secure by reviewing patch management and anti-virus processes. Monitor ISO27001 security tasks, backups, alerts, and logs. Create user-friendly training materials and e-learning content. Test new systems and drive automation to improve efficiency. What You Need to Succeed A degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or IT with 2 years' experience OR an IT qualification with 4 years' experience. Strong troubleshooting skills, including SQL query capability. Excellent knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Azure. Ability to work onsite full-time, with a full UK driving licence and own transport. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
