Production operative
Location: Corby
Shift: Night Shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am
You must be available to work the back shift (3:30pm – 12:00am) for the first 2 weeks
Pay: £17.05 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing site in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a factory or production background looking for long-term, stable work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Packing food products to quality and hygiene standards
2. Cutting and preparing food items
3. Working on production lines
4. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
5. Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
6. Previous experience in a factory or food production environment preferred
7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
8. Good attention to detail
9. Reliable and punctual
10. Must be flexible and able to complete initial training on back shift (3:30pm – 12:00am)
