About the Role
Working within the organisation's charitable aims and objectives, you will help to develop services which deliver real change in the lives of vulnerable people, ensuring they are delivered to excellent standards.
You will work to deliver outcomes outlined in our Service, Corporate and Regional Plans and you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners, families and communities to increase the capacity and effectiveness of the service.
Using your previous management experience, you will inspire and motivate team members and manage their performance effectively. You will also oversee and monitor the housing function of the service, ensuring that cyclical works are/have been completed, repairs raised are completed on time and housing processes and procedures maintain compliance with housing law and Adullam's policies.
About You
We are looking for a Supported Housing Manager with: Experience of managing a diverse staff team working over multiple sites
An awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and offenders
Experience of working within safeguarding policies and procedures and of identifying, monitoring and reporting safeguarding concerns
Experience in managing services which work with vulnerable people
Knowledge of policy and strategy in relation to housing, homelessness and vulnerable individuals and offenders
Knowledge of quality standards required to deliver housing related support services
A flexible, resilient, thoughtful, therapeutic approach to working with people

Driving Licence
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance (Adults)
