The Firm Our client is an award-winning, highly regarded London law firm, currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Private Wealth team. This role is based at their Baker Street office and is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Opportunity The successful candidate will be a highly competent Executive Assistant who will provide client and business focused secretarial and administrative support to Partners. Duties to include: Manage and prioritise busy diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules Coordinate client meetings and events, preparing agendas, materials, and presentations Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external communications Manage/co-ordinate billing and compliance processes on behalf of team, to include generating bills Manage client and matter opening, electronic filing, billing, and compliance processes Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, documents and presentations This Executive Assistant position is a full time, 12 month FTC role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm Requirements At least 4 years Legal PA / Executive Assistant experience within a law firm Experience supporting Partners/Fee Earners within a Private Wealth team (essential) Vacancy highlights Hybrid working (3 days based in the office and 2 days working from home) Excellent benefits package (health insurance, private medical care, season ticket loan and more) To be considered for this Executive Assistant opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
