Castlefield Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a nationwide social enterprise healthcare provider to recruit a Clinical Services Manager for their treatment centre specialising in sexual health in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred clinical services.
Based: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Type: Permanent Role
Working Pattern:37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (with occasional Saturday working)
Salary: £46,435 to £51,078 + Excellent Benefits Package
As Clinical Services Manager, you will provide strong leadership and operational oversight across clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, experience, and organisational sustainability.
Key Responsibilities include:
Management & Leadership
* Line management of a multi-functional clinical team
* Leading effective communication, performance management, and assurance meetings
* Developing and delivering clear operational plans
* Driving continuous improvement and acting as an advocate with internal and external stakeholders
Patient Safety
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice
* Implementing and monitoring safer staffing policies
* Maintaining appropriate competency levels and skills mix across services
Patient Experience
* Overseeing effective and efficient patient pathways
* Using patient feedback to inform service improvements
* Ensuring patient-facing environments are safe, welcoming, and fit for purpose
Organisational Sustainability
* People: Recruitment and retention, progression planning, succession planning, and enhancing colleague experience
* Patient Demand: Optimising capacity, protecting and growing market share, and supporting new business opportunities
Job Requirements:
Essential Experience
* Proven experience leading and managing a dispersed team
* A strong track record of patient, client, or customer-centric leadership
* Demonstrable experience of nurturing, developing, and maximising colleague potential
* Evidence of delivering results against KPIs and organisational objectives
Qualifications
* Active professional registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife
* Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development (CPD)
Desirable
* Formal management qualification, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in leadership or management
