We’re supporting a major public sector digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Lead Digital Project / Delivery Manager (SFIA Level 6) to provide programme-level oversight across multiple complex workstreams.
This role will suit someone with strong experience operating across both project and programme delivery environments, capable of quickly embedding into large-scale digital teams and driving visibility, governance, coordination, and delivery assurance across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Key responsibilities
* Establishing and maintaining programme-level delivery oversight across multiple digital workstreams
* Coordinating delivery reporting, governance, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Producing high-quality reporting for senior leadership stakeholders
* Driving cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers
* Supporting the development of a consolidated delivery plan to improve visibility, prioritisation, and coordination
* Providing clear delivery assurance and influencing senior stakeholders at Director level
Required experience
* Leading complex digital programmes with multiple workstreams
* Programme governance and delivery management frameworks
* Senior stakeholder management and executive reporting
* Proactive risk, issue, and dependency management
* Experience coordinating large-scale delivery teams and suppliers
* Experience with data platform migration programmes
