Job Description
Target role: Duty Manager for Battle Sports Centre. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth running of the facility during opening hours, acting as first point of contact for all visitors, and communicating with a diverse range of clients. The role involves delivering a high‑quality and safe experience for everyone who visits the centre.
Job Details
Hours of work: 32 per week, part‑time. Working pattern includes evenings and weekends. Salary is pro‑rata for part‑time.

Qualifications
* Enthusiastic with excellent customer‑service skills and an interest in the sport and leisure industry.
* Level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor Qualification.
* Must not be disqualified under the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018 (self‑declaration required). If disqualified, employment is subject to an Ofsted waiver.
* Required to hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity.
