Requirements Suitable technical qualification (Construction in the Built Environment HNC/HND/Degree) or be willing to undertake College studies to attain this. Significant experience of the Built Environment and repairs background required, including a practical knowledge of common property defects and competent diagnostic skills. Experience of supervision/management of staff within a construction trade focussed environment. Suitable Health and Safety training/qualifications in Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely.
