Position Overview
Location: THE PIG Hotel, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL
Pay: £13.95 per hour (£16.85 per hour OTE, including tronc)
Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days, including any paid overtime.

Responsibilities
* Create an exciting work atmosphere focused on family, fun, and community.
* Help bring it together by leading and driving daily restaurant operations.
* Support the Restaurant Manager by supervising team performance and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
* Lead the food and beverage service in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.
* Maintain good communication and people‑management skills while working in an attention‑to‑detail environment with an informal and accessible approach.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager role.
* Experience in a busy restaurant service.
* Good communication and people‑management skills.
* Ability to work confidently in a detailed environment while maintaining an informal, accessible approach.
