Your new role
As a Collections Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and optimising collections strategies through data-driven insights. Sitting within the Operations function and closely aligned with the Servicing team, you will:
1. Develop and monitor collections andmunication strategies tailored to different customer profiles
2. Ensure strategies align with industry regulations and deliver positive customer oues
3. Analyse and report on collections performance, recovery rates, and strategic impact
4. Regularly test and refine strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency
5. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for a range of stakeholders
6. Support ad hoc analysis requests and collaborate across departments to inform operational decisions
7. Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What you'll need to succeed
8. A degree with a quantitative focus or equivalentmercial experience
9. Proven experience in collections analytics or strategy
10. Proficiency in SQL or Python (other programming languages will be considered)
11. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
12. Excellentmunication skills and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
13. Experience in financial services or consumer-focused industries such as utilities or tels
14. Familiarity with personal loans and related analytics
15. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Quicksight
