Recruitment Consultant Primary Care (Nurse Practitioners) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established and expanding Primary Care division, specialising in the supply of Nurse Practitioners and other clinical professionals across the UK. This role offers an excellent platform for a motivated recruiter to develop strong client relationships within GP practices, ICBs, and private healthcare providers, supported by a large candidate database and experienced back-office team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to candidate placement. Build and maintain relationships with clients within the Primary Care sector, including GP surgeries, walk-in centres, and urgent care providers. Source, screen, and place Nurse Practitioners, ANPs, and other healthcare professionals. Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts. Ensure compliance with NHS and framework standards. Requirements Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Primary Care, Nursing, or Healthcare recruitment. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Knowledge of the Primary Care market and current workforce trends Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ambitious, target-driven, and able to work independently.
