Mammography Radiographer (Band 6, 1 WTE – Part time may be considered)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammographer to join our patient focused service in Tayside. Based in Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, we are a Combined Unit providing both a Screening and Symptomatic Breast Imaging Service with close links to the University of Dundee Breast Research Team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team of radiographers and assistant practitioners to provide a screening and symptomatic imaging service to people living in Tayside, Angus, NE Fife and parts of Perthshire. The post will involve travelling to mobile screening vans. The holder will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the mobile van locations.
Applicants must possess a BSc in Radiography, DCR or equivalent and be registered with the Health Care Professions Council as a Radiographer. A postgraduate qualification in mammography is essential. A full driving licence is essential to travel to remote areas.
