We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join South Staffs Water, where you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our highly regulated and customer-focused business. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive and professional support to our Managing Director and Senior Executive team.
About the role:
Managing the MD's diary, arranging meetings, and coordinating with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Handling executive emails, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication.
Taking accurate minutes and recording actions during important meetings.
Preparing Board Reports and papers with precision and meeting deadlines consistently.
Organizing events and travel bookings, ensuring seamless arrangements.
Assisting with general administration duties to maintain office efficiency.
