Bricklaying Tutor – Temporary (with Temp‑to‑Perm / Perm Opportunities) Ofsted‑rated Good Further Education College in the West Midlands Role Summary We are working with an Ofsted‑rated Good further education provider in the West Midlands to recruit a Bricklaying Tutor to deliver high‑quality teaching to Level 1 & Level 2 learners. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver engaging and effective bricklaying lessons to Level 1 & Level 2 students Plan, assess, and support learners through both practical and theory‑based activities Monitor progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records Foster a safe, inclusive, and hands‑on learning environment Contribute to learners' personal and professional development Role Options & Rates Temporary – Up to £30 per hour 12.07% holiday pay (approx. 30 hours per week over 4 days). Temp to Perm or Permanent – Full‑time salary of £33,000–£43,400 per annum, with 57 days annual leave (including bank holidays). Progression above £40k requires QTLS.
