Job Description
The Corporate Paralegal will be:
3. Managing corporate governance & entity maintenance across EMEA, including document preparation, filings, and liaising with local counsel
4. Supporting entity formation, restructuring, and dissolutions as needed
5. Handling NDAs, commercial contracts, apostilles/notarisation, and ensuring smooth contract signature workflows
6. Assisting with bids and tenders, reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance, and advising bid teams
7. Acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) and external counsel
8. Overseeing legal billing processes: invoice review, reconciliation, and liaison with finance
9. Monitoring relevant law/regulation changes, conducting legal research, and providing summaries to business teams
10. Assisting with internal audits, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance programs
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Paralegal should be:
11. A paralegal or legal professional with 3-5 years' experience in a corporate legal environment
12. Well versed in corporate governance, compliance, and entity management
13. Experienced in bid/tender documentation and commercial contract support
14. Comfortable advising non‑legal stakeholders and navigating complex corporate structures
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal tech tools
16. Experience in multinational or publicly traded companies, cross‑border entity work, EU/ME tenders
