A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Provide 1st line IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing and resetting passwords, and assisting with hardware and software installations.
2. Communicate with customers via phone, email, remote access, and a ticketing system.
3. Assist with server and data backups to ensure secure storage and recovery.
