In this role, you'll oversee every aspect of the branch to ensure it runs smoothly. That includes managing a busy team, maintaining excellent customer relationships, driving sales, and making sure health and safety standards are always met. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day decisions, ensuring operations are efficient, staff are motivated, and customers receive top-notch service.
