We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our dynamic warehouse and logistics team. The successful candidate will lead process improvement projects using Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
2. Utilize data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement solutions.
3. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and drive ongoing improvement efforts.
4. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a "Safety First" culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in warehouse or logistics environments, with a solid understanding of operations and inventory management.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating teams.
4. Comprehensive understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
6. Experience with ERP systems and project management techniques.
7. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
