Aboutyou
Were now looking to grow ourmarketing team by bringing in a self managed resourcefulinfluential go getter to deliver highly relevant social mediacontent that moves the needle on engagement levels; grows ouraudience and increases our customer base.
Putsimply this role has been created to get people talking about andengaging with us in a meaningful way.
To do thisyoull need to capitalise the NAAMA community by creating stickysocial content that reinforces our brand authority and cutsthroughan otherwise fragmented market. With a focus on organic social youwill be integral to the success of our marketing strategy acting asthe glue across content PR and CRM. This role will define oursocial strategy from startup to scale owning all organic socialchannel activity and leading on the creation of a content calendarthat straddles social PR CRM and content.
Inorder to qualify for this role we would be looking for someone whoideally has a genuine interest in the tattoo space has their ownfollowing and can talk easily to our core offering as a brand. In aworld overflowing with numbers false accounts and roboticengagements you will differentiate yourself by your passion forwhat you do on social media channels how you build engagement andhow you feel about the space we operate in. We are looking forsomeone who can understand real connections is authentic in theirstorytelling and consistent in brand voice as well as someone whodisplays a constant desire to push themselves and our brandfurther.
We will want to see what youve done onsocial media to create awareness of either your own brand or acompanys brand be it on Tik Tok Reels or another. We want to seethat you can create fun relevant and emotive videos/posts that areedgy authentic and genuine and how consistently persistent andreliable youve been in the face of adversity when youve hadnegative responses on social channels and how youve dealt with thatto continue to engage your audience and post on schedule. We willalso be interested to see what youre doing in terms of engagementand whether your following is actually genuine and people areactually liking sharing and commenting on what youposts.
What youll be doing day today
Set out worldclass socialstrategy and clearly define the role of each relevant socialchannel prioritizing activation according to target customeraudiences: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter TikTok SnapchatPinterest YouTube etc.
Creating engaging stickyinnovative content for the social content calendar that elevatesNAAMA as a brand;
Work with inhouse design teamto create scrollstopping visual media tailored to each socialchannel;
Own the TOV across social channels toensure it mirrors that of the NAAMA brand;
Engagewith users on social media. Be able to confidently respond tocomments & queries and to be part of the conversation onrelated trending topics.
Ensuring social mediaposts support the marketing calendar as well as bringing social tothe forefront of future campaigns;
Keeping yourfinger on the pulse. Be the ears and eyes of the brand. Ever awareof the cultural trends reporting these back to the business andinjecting NAAMA into relevant social conversations and communitiesestablishing NAAMA as an industry leader;
Workclosely with the Sales team and VIP relations to engage with thetattoo community as well as relevant celebrities andinfluencers;
Be one step ahead lead on thestrategy and innovate defining whats next for NAAMA in the socialspace;
Create reactive topical content to lead orbe part of the conversation.
