Want to be a part of a team that’s shaping the future of health and wellbeing? We\'d love to have you!

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Demand Planning Executive to join our fast-paced Operations team. In this important role, you’ll take day-to-day ownership of our demand planning process, coordinating forecasting, and optimising and managing inventory across our full product portfolio.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Planning and collaborate cross-functionally with the wider Operations team, Retail, Digital Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop new systems and processes to enable us to maintain the right stock levels and deliver excellent product availability while avoiding overstocking and minimising cost.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive and analytically strong planner to contribute to a high-growth, dynamic business by driving accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across our supply chain planning processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Reporting to the Head of Planning, you will be responsible for the following: Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all Ancient + Brave products, delivering accurate 12-18-month rolling forecasts.
* Collaborate closely with Retail and Digital Sales and Marketing teams to understand key demand drivers including subscription-rates, promotions, NPD, seasonality, and distribution changes, ensuring these are accurately reflected in the forecast.
* Monitor and track forecast accuracy performance, identifying variances and driving continuous improvement through actionable insights.
* Consolidate channel-level forecasts (e-commerce, retail, distributors, etc.) into clear, data-driven presentations in both volume and value for stakeholder review.
* Work with finance to align forecasts to business-targets and identify risks and opportunities.
* Work in partnership with Supply Planning to ensure forecast alignment supports service level targets and inventory health (availability, obsolescence, cost).
* Input into and help drive the local & global S&OP process, coordinating timely updates, data inputs, and clear communication of risks, opportunities, and assumptions.
* Maintain master data, ensuring accuracy and supporting process optimisation.
* Support the execution of the monthly S&OP cycle, preparing inputs, running pre-S&OP sessions, and presenting key metrics and insights.
* Help evolve our planning processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved reporting.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

* Previous experience in a Demand Planning S&OP Coordinator role within a consumer-goods context.
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
* Hands-on experience with planning systems and ERP/forecasting tools.
* Experience developing and implementing automations and flexible and adaptable processes within a fast-moving environment.
* A natural collaborator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to interpret data, spot trends, and provide actionable insights.

Further, to truly thrive at Ancient + Brave you will need to embody the spirit of our brand and align with our company culture. You will be:

* Hungry: Ambitious, driven with a growth mindset, always seeking ways to learn, develop and be better.
* Humble: No ego, collaborative team player, always acts with integrity and clear sense of accountability, aligned with our B-Corp values
* High Performing: Effective. Efficient, with a solid work ethic. Always operates with self-awareness that enables them to consistently push for exceptional results—while maintaining resilience, balance, and self-care.
* Hustle: Entrepreneurial. Innovative, fast-paced, great communicator. Always adept at solving problems and navigating dynamic, ever-changing situations.
