We are excited to welcome a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our vibrant team. In this rewarding role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where all children feel valued and secure.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of children's development and maintain regular communication with parents.
Attend to children's personal care needs and uphold the highest standards of safety and wellbeing.
Person Specification:
A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Hours: 19 hours per week (Maternity cover)
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
