Salary
£40,000 – £66,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Role Overview
The Veterinary Surgeon will provide a varied caseload of consultations, surgeries and diagnostics within a well‑equipped environment.
Working Hours
Structured rota of four days per week with shifts normally 8:30 am–7:00 pm and an earlier finish day 8:00 am–6:00 pm. Weekend duties are shared on a 1‑in‑5 basis (Saturday mornings until 1 pm and Saturday until 4 pm). No out‑of‑hours or bank holiday commitments.
Practice Location
Located in Rugby, with easy access to Birmingham, London, the Cotswolds and the Peak District.

* Dedicated dental and treatment areas
* Advanced clinical equipment: digital radiography, dental imaging, ultrasound with Doppler, an in‑house laboratory and comprehensive monitoring systems
Team
Collaborative team of seven Veterinary Surgeons, nine Registered Veterinary Nurses, and a support network of reception and administrative staff.
Professional Development
Team members pursue further certifications in surgery, imaging, cardiology and internal medicine. We support growth and expertise for all vets.
