Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparation, presentation, and serving of food and drinks; deliver and clear down client hospitality services; serve customers and operate tills when required. Maintain cleanliness in service and kitchen areas; perform cleaning tasks (floors, utensils, equipment); comply with health and safety, PPE, and COSHH regulations. Restock counters, monitor food levels during service, and ensure items are replenished promptly. Attend training sessions and team briefings; contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Respond to and report any complaints, compliments, or incidents to the appropriate person.
