Role Overview
This role will be responsible for the assisting with the delivery of both Business As Usual (BAU) activities and project-related work. In particular, this role requires the successful candidate to assist with the execution of client and operational data stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis.
Role Responsibilities
1. Execution of Client and Operational Data set-up responsibilities, including but not limited to: customers, traders, brokers, confirmation data, FX, instruments, invoicing and settlement data.
2. Ensure Business As Usual (BAU) activities are completed by EOD of Day, where required.
3. Assist with daily trade breaks, resolving any data set-up challenges to ensure efficiency across the post-trade lifecycle.
4. Assist with Data integration tasks and project work related to key firm-wide initiatives.
5. To support the Team Manager and wider team colleagues with various change initiatives and process enhancements.
Experience / Competences
Essential
6. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, possesses high organisation skills & a proactive approach
7. Demonstrates strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
8. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment
9. Highly effective written & oral communication skills; adapts communication style to suit audience
10. Shows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environments
11. Knowledge in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

13. Previous experience in a similar organisation
