We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will help us provide excellent service to our customers by supporting them as they use our software to grow their businesses.

Lancaster, PA
Core Responsibilities:
1. Handle technical inbound support calls and tickets
2. Manage inbound support emails
3. Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
4. Maintain and grow client relationships by providing support, training, information, and guidance
5. Troubleshoot highly technical client-facing issues and determine the best resolution path
6. Contribute to team efforts by achieving results
We are looking for someone who is:

Specific Qualifications:
* Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues
* Ability to self-teach, research, and test to resolve support tickets
* Strong Windows knowledge and basic PC hardware skills
* Experience with software technical support
* Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
* Experience in call centers, customer service, or related business processes
Bonus Qualifications:
* Financial industry experience
* Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and/or SQL
